朝日大学歯学部附属村上記念病院における歯科医師による医科麻酔科研修の状況について The Training for Medical Anesthesia by Dentist in Asahi University School of Dentistry 10231614 溝上, 真樹 丹羽, ひかる 廣瀬, 雅之 大嶋, 和之 40206735 高倉, 康 歯科医師 医科麻酔科研修 アンケート調査 質問紙法 口腔外科 自己評価 麻酔 歯科麻酔 歯学生涯教育 Dentist Training for medical anesthesia Survey questionnaire 2002年8月〜2005年3月の間に朝日大学歯学部附属村上記念病院で医科麻酔科研修を受けた歯科医師16名にアンケート調査を行った。各歯科医師の平均症例数は100症例以上で、満足度も83.3%が大変満足としていた。しかし今後の研修に対する要望に関しては歯科麻酔医および口腔外科医と一般歯科医の間で相違が見られ、一般歯科医を対象とした「患者の術前評価法」や「精神鎮静法」に重点を置いた新しいカリキュラムを作成する必要性が感じられた。 Between August 2002 and March 2005, 16 dentists who had been trained for medical anesthesia in our hospital were investigated with survey questionnaire. Their responses indicated that all dentists experienced more than 100 cases and 83.3% of them were satisfied with our substantial training program. On the other hand, they also hoped more intensive training for the way of sedation using intravenous anesthetics or physical examination against patients with severe complications.
