精神科看護職における曖昧さへの態度， 情動知能とメンタルヘルスの関連 The relationship between attitudes towards ambiguity, emotional intelligence, and mental health in psychiatric nurses 70610393 五十嵐, 慎治 Igarashi, Shinji 五十嵐 Igarashi 慎治 Shinji 33703 朝日大学保健医療学部看護学科 永田, 年 ナガタ, トシ 永田 ナガタ 年 トシ open access 精神科看護職 曖昧さへの態度 情動知能 バ−ンアウト 抑うつ psychiatric nurses attitudes towards ambiguity emotional intelligence burnout depression 曖昧さへの肯定的態度と，情動知能，メンタルヘルスの関連を明らかにすることを目的に，精神科看護職　534 名を対象とした無記名自記式の質問紙調査を実施した。回収数は350 部（回収率65.5%）で、対象者の平均年齢は47.8 ± 10.9（mean ± SD）歳、男性69 名（19.8%）、女性280 名（80.2%）であった。精神科における臨床経験の平均年数は15.3 年であった。 　J −WLEIS（情動知能尺度）点数を制御変数に偏相関分析を行ったところ、「曖昧さへの肯定的態度」は「職務効力感」と、「曖昧さへの否定的態度」は「CES-D（抑うつ尺度）」と「疲弊感」に弱い正の相関を認めた。 　重回帰分析の結果、「情動の調節」と「職務効力感」が「曖昧さへの肯定的態度」に影響を及ぼしていた。また「情動知能」と「職務効力感」には、「曖昧さの享受」が共通して影響していることが明らかになった。「曖昧さへの享受」を高めることが、情動知能向上やメンタルヘルス対策につながると考えられた。 We conducted an anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey to 534 psychiatric nurses in order to clarify the relationships among a positive attitude towards ambiguity, emotional intelligence, and mental health. We received 350 valid responses (the response rate 65.5%). The average age of the respondents was 47.8 ± 10.9 (mean ± SD) years with 69 of them being men (19.8%) and 280 being women (80.2%). The respondents’ average length of experience in clinical psychiatric practice was 15.3 years. Partial correlation analyses conducted with the scores on the Japan Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (J-WLEIS) as a control variable showed a mild positive correlation between “a positive attitude towards ambiguity” and “perceived occupational efficacy”, and between “scores on the Center for Epidemiologic Studies-Depression (CES-D) scale” and “perceived fatigue”. Multiple regression analysis indicated that “emotional regulation” and “perceived occupational efficacy” had an effect on “a positive attitude towards ambiguity”. Furthermore, both “emotional intelligence” and “perceived occupational efficacy” were affected by “enjoyment of ambiguity”.
