卒後5年目を迎えた看護職の看護観とその影響要因 : 看護基礎教育からの変遷 Nursing view and factors influencing them among nurses in their fifth year of post-graduation: Transition from basic nursing education 山下, 真紀 Yamashita, Maki 山下 Yamashita 真紀 Maki 朝日大学保健医療学部看護学科 神谷, 美香 Kamiya, Mika 神谷 Kamiya 美香 Mika 朝日大学保健医療学部看護学科 60724317 武藤, 英理 Muto, Suguri 武藤 Muto 英理 Suguri 朝日大学保健医療学部看護学科 清水, 八恵子 Shimizu, Yaeko 清水 Shimizu 八恵子 Yaeko 朝日大学保健医療学部看護学科 名和, 祥子 Nawa, Shoko 名和 Nawa 祥子 Shoko 33703 朝日大学保健医療学部看護学科 open access 看護観 卒後5年目 経年的変化 nursing view 5 years after graduation secular change A短期大学を卒業した元学生7名を対象に、卒後5年目の看護観およびその影響要因と、看護基礎教育から看護観がどのように変遷しているかを明らかにするために、調査研究を行った。自由記述による郵送自記式質問紙調査とし、得られた回答すべてを分析の対象としたところ、看護観として【安全・安心・安楽な生活を支える】、【患者・家族の思いに寄り添う】、【臨床判断から異常の早期発見、病気の予防につなげる】の3つのカテゴリーが形成された。また、看護観への影響要因としては、【看護実践の積み重ね】、【自分の看護を肯定できる経験】、【看護基礎教育の影響】、【多様な人間関係】の4カテゴリーが形成された。卒後5年目の看護観では、【看護基礎教育の影響】を基盤にし、【看護実践の積み重ね】をすることで、学生時代には抽出されなかった【臨床判断から異常の早期発見、病気の予防につなげる】という看護観が新たに形成された。 This study was conducted on seven former students who graduated from Junior College A to identify their views on nursing and the factors that influence them five years after graduation, and to determine how their views on nursing have changed since their basic nursing education. Self-administered open-ended questionnaires were mailed to the respondents, and all the responses obtained were included in the analysis. Consequently, three categories of nursing perspectives were identified : [Supporting safe, secure, and comfortable living], [Attending to the wishes of patients and families], and [Early detection of abnormalities and prevention of illness based on clinical judgment]. Four categories were identified as influencing factors on the view of nursing: [accumulation of nursing practice], [experiences that affirm personal nursing], [influence of basic nursing education], and [diverse human relationships].
