上顎右側中切歯の水平埋伏を伴う骨格性Ⅰ級の一治験例 Skeletal Class I malocclusion with horizontally impacted upper central incisor 上村, ひかり 16899 KAMIMURA, HIKARI 駒形, 香菜子 8807 KOMAGATA, KANAKO 留, 和香子 8765 TOME, WAKAKO 9000290382313 10437395 北井, 則行 3902 KITAI, NORIYUKI 1000020271025 20271025 上顎中切歯の水平埋伏 上顎右側中切歯の水平埋伏、上顎右側側切歯の唇側傾斜および上顎歯列正中の右方偏位を伴う骨格性Ⅰ級症例と診断された7歳5か月の女子に対して、第一期治療として、上顎右側中切歯の開窓、牽引を行った。その後、第二期治療として上下顎歯にプリアジャストエッジワイズ装置を装着して、上顎右側第二小臼歯を抜去して矯正歯科治療を行った。動的治療後、良好なオーバージェット、オーバーバイト、Ⅰ級の犬歯関係および緊密な咬頭嵌合が得られた。保定後2年3か月を経過した現在、安定した歯列および咬合関係を保っており、患者の十分な満足が得られた。 The present report describes the orthodontic treatment in a 7-year-5-month-old girl with horizontally impacted upper right central incisor, labial inclined upper right lateral incisor, and right deviation of upper dental midline and skeletal Class I jaw base relationship. In first phase orthodontic treatment, impacted upper right central incisor erupted following fenestration surgery and retraction. Second phase treatment was performed using a preadjusted edgewise appliance with upper right second premolar extraction. As a result, a ClassI molar relational with ideal overjet and overbite, and tight interdigitation were achieved.
