Yukio"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"13870","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_10001_description_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID（NAID）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"110009421107","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"全国の総合病院を対象とした統計によれば、患者の転倒転落事故は、注射事故に次いで2番目に発生頻度が高い医療事故である。このため多くの病院では転倒転落事故防止のため、転倒転落アセスメント・スコア・シートを用いて、入院時に患者の転倒転落のリスク評価を実施する等の対策を講じている。具体的には、入院患者が転倒転落するリスクについて、転倒転落アセスメント・スコア・シートを用いて「危険度1、2、3」の3段階で事前に評価している。通常、このアセスメント・スコア・シートを用いた患者の転倒転落のリスク評価は入院する全患者に実施され、病院側はこのアセスメント・スコア・シートを用いた評価結果により各入院患者の転倒転落リスクを事前に察知しようとしている。だがこの転倒転落アセスメント・スコア・シートは、一般的な総合病院での利用を目的として作成されており、様々な診療科から構成される個々の総合病院の入院患者の転倒転落の傾向を考慮して作成されたものではない。 本論文では、A病院における過去3年分の入院患者の転倒転落のデータを分析することで、A病院に適した転倒転落アセスメント・スコア・シートを提案すると同時に、A病院における転倒転落アセスメント・スコア・シートの適切な活用方法を示す。
