| 値 | 歯槽骨頂部の発生におけるアクアポリン1（AQP1）陽性細胞、およびENPP1陽性細胞の動態を観察した。ラット臼歯歯槽頂部は下部固有歯槽骨とは異なり、付加的成長を伴い、同時に歯根膜も新生した。AQP1陽性細胞は歯槽骨表面、歯槽骨外側面に出現した。ENPP1陽性細胞は、固有歯槽骨-歯根膜界面に出現が持続したが、外側骨膜面には出現しなかった。歯根膜線維-固有歯槽骨界面の発生は骨膜-皮質骨との界面の発生とは異なることが示唆された。 | |||||
