| 値 | Porphyromonas gingivalis（Pg）は，宿主の免疫応答を回避する様々な能力を有する．Pgは外膜タンパク質としてOmpA様タンパク質（OmpALP）を産生するが，本研究ではOmpALP欠損株が抗菌因子LL-37に対する抵抗性をほぼ完全に失っていることを見出した．さらにOmpALP欠損株は抗菌ペプチドであるβディフェンシンに対しては抵抗性を持つものの，LL-37の存在下ではその抵抗性が失われることも分かった． | |||||
