値 | Our purpose was to develop an ideal biomaterial consisting of non-sintered porous CA for bone substitution and to confirm that this material was replaced with bone. Bone formation was observed at 2 weeks and later. This suggests that the non-sintered porous CA that was precultured with bone marrow cells has the ability to induce bone formation in non-calcified tissues. TRAP staining was used to observe resorption of the sample due to osteoclasts. A TRAP-positive reaction was preferentially observed close to the newly formed bone site. However, it was also slightly visible apart from the area of the bone formation site at 8 weeks.Non-sintered porous CA has the ability to induce bone formation. |
