| 値 | A 49-year-old man consulted for diarrhea and abdominal distension. Intraoperative findings, cystic tumor was connected to the cord which lengthened from umbilicus. Tumor's center existed and adhered to around right side of urinary bladder, and spreaded to right retroperitoneum from there. Furthermore, tumor invaded ileum of 60cm oral side from ileocecum, and it seemed causes of bowel obstruction. Although tumor was detached from urinary bladder and retroperitoneal organs, tumor invaded ileum near ileocecum wasn't separable. So we resected ileocecum with tumor invaded ileum. Ileal cancer which occurred from vitello-intestinal duct remnant or Meckel's diverticulum is extremely rare. | |||||
