Both cases arise from the clavicle and are inserted into the hyoid bone, but the former did not have an abnormal adhesion of two or more structures and the latter fused with the omohyoid muscle. From the above findings, both cases appeared to be accessory cleidohyoid muscle. Generally, it is known that a group of hyoid muscles sometimes show anomaly, but it is reported that the accessory cleidohyoid muscle is relatively rare among them. In the neck of these cadavers, both had no other anomaly or
