One of the revisions to the system includes the fact that the standard amount for reducing the in-service old-age pension will be raised. It goes without saying that in recent years, our employment / labor and pensions are closely related, such as the “problem of 20 million yen in retirement funds” and work style reforms such as employment extension. On the other hand, from the government’s point of view, employment insurance as well as public pensions are important factors in terms of tax distribution and expenditure, and concentration of the amount received to the same individual has many issues from the perspective of fairness. .. Therefore, although it is controlled by the combined salary adjustment, it is still difficult to understand from the beneficiary’s point of view. Therefore, in this paper, we will focus on the combined payment adjustment related to the in-service old-age pension and employment insurance, and summarize the current situation and issues together with the latest system revision. Based on this, it is the significance of this paper to consider how the beneficiaries should identify various options and utilize them for future retirement planning.
