Even if a worker is unfamiliar with cargo handling in general, he or she has mastered the necessary work empirically over time, and it rarely becomes a problem for the worker himself or herself. When direct linguistic communication is not possible, including in Ukraine, it is necessary to improve the work environment in order to make it easier to work and to avoid confusion.
