| 内容記述 | 上顎右側側切歯の遠心捻転を含む上顎歯列の軽度叢生，下顎歯列の軽度叢生および右側Ⅱ級の犬歯・大臼 歯関係を伴う骨格性Ⅰ級症例と診断された14 歳0 か月の男子に対して，上下顎にプリアジャストエッジワ イズ装置と歯科矯正用アンカースクリューを用いて，非抜歯にて矯正歯科治療を行った．矯正歯科治療後， 良好なオーバージェット，オーバーバイト，両側Ⅰ級の犬歯・大臼歯関係および緊密な頭嵌合が得られた． 保定後2 年2 か月を経過した現在，安定した歯列および合関係を保っており，患者の十分な満足が得られた。 |

| 内容記述 | The present report describes the orthodontic treatment in a 14-year-old boy with upper and lower mild crowding including the distal rotation of upper right lateral incisor and right ClassⅡcanine and molar relationship. A preadjusted edgewise appliance was used in both the upper and lower arches．Furthermore, orthodontic anchor screw were used for the upper arch. As a result, a ClassⅠmolar relationship with ideal overjet and overbite, tight interdigitation, and satisfactory facial profi le were achieved. After a retention period of two years and two months, the dental arch and occlusion remained stable and the patient was fully satisfi ed with treatment results. |
