| 内容記述 | 前歯部反対咬合および上顎両側側切歯、左側犬歯の先天欠如を伴う骨格性Ⅲ級と診断された25 歳5 か月の女性に対して、上顎左側側切歯部に補綴スペースを残して術前矯正治療を行い、下顎骨後方移動手術を行った。動的治療終了後。上顎左側側切歯部にデンタルインプラントを埋入した。その結果、良好なオーバージェット、オーバーバイト、Ⅰ級の大臼歯関係および緊密な咬頭嵌合が得られた。保定後2 年0 か月を経過した現在、安定した歯列および咬合関係を保っており、患者の十分な満足が得られた。 | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The present report described the orthodontic treatment in a 25-year-5-month-old female with anterior crossbite, congenital missing of maxillary lateral incisors and left canine, and a skeletal Class III jaw base relationship. The surgical orthodontic treatment involved the non-extraction and tooth alignment with a preadjusted edgewise appliance. After the active treatment, the dental implant was placed in the maxillary left lateral incisor region. As a result, a ClassI molar relationship with ideal overjet and overbite, and tight interdigitation was obtained. After a retention period of 2 years, the dental arch and occlusion remained stable and the patient was fully satisfi ed with the treatment result. | |||||||||||||||||||||
