| 内容記述 | 上顎左側第一大臼歯の根尖病巣と前歯部開咬を認め、骨格性Ⅱ級、ハイアングル症例と診断された15 歳8か月の女子に対して、カムフラージュ治療を行った。上顎左側第一大臼歯を抜去した後、上下顎歯にプリアジャストエッジワイズ装置を装着し、歯科矯正用アンカースクリューを併用して、上顎第二大臼歯、第三大臼歯の近心移動および上下顎大臼歯の圧下を行い、良好なオーバージェット、オーバーバイト、Ⅰ級の犬歯関係および緊密な嵌合が得られた。保定後2年5か月を経過した現在、咬合は安定しており、顔貌の変化もほとんど認められず、良好な結果を得たので報告する。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This case report describes the orthodontic treatment of the female aged 15 years 8 months demonstrating anterior open bite, skeletal ClassⅡ, and high angle malocclusion. After the upper left first molar was extracted, mesial movement of the upper left molars and intrusion of upper and lower molars were performed with a preadjusted edgewise appliance in conjunction with orthodontic anchor screw. Appropriate overjet and overbite, ClassⅠ canine relationship, and good facial profile were achieved and tight posterior interdigitation was established. After a retention period of 2 years 5 months, occlusal stability was maintained with an aesthetic facial profile. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
