| 内容記述 | 成人移行期にある先天性心疾患をもつ子ども（人）の自己の生活に対する認識と行動を明らかにするこをを目的に実施した研究の第1 報である。先天性心疾患をもつ子ども（人）を対象に半構造面接を行い、インタビュー結果を質的帰納的に分析した。成人移行第1 期・第２期ともに、現在の生活に対しては、［日常の留意点は理解し行動できるが、親や医療者等の協力を得る］、［普通に暮らしている］という認識であった。将来の生活に対しては、成人移行第１期では［病気を理解し、一人で療養行動をとれるようになりたい］、［不安もあるが将来を思い描き、今できることをする］、成人移行第２期では［病気を理解し、一人で受診できるようになりたい］、［将来の生活をイメージし、今できることをする］という認識であった。子どもの病気理解を促すこと、将来をイメージしながら今できることを共に考え支援していくことが、自立を促す看護として示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This is the first report of a study conducted to clarify the awareness and behaviors of patients with congenital heart disease in during their transition to adulthood. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with children with congenital heart disease, and the results were analyzed qualitatively and inductively. In both the first and second stages of the adult transition, participants perceived their current lifestyles as “understanding and being able to act on daily matters, but receiving support from parents and medical professionals” and “living a normal life.” Regarding their future lives, in the first stage of adulthood transition, participants had the following perceptions in the first stage of adulthood transition: “I want to understand my illness and be able to take care of myself” and “I am anxious, but I ambut thinking about the future and doing what I can now”; in the second stage of adulthood transition, participants had the following perceptions in the second stage: “I want to understand my illness and be able to go to the doctor on my own” and “I am imagining my future life and doing what I can now.” It was suggested that nursing care that promotes independence involves encouraging children to understand their illness and thinking together about what can be done now while imagining the futureIt was suggested that nursing care that promotes independence involves encouraging children to understand their illness and thinking together about what can be done now while imagining the future. | |||||
