| 内容記述 | 成人移行期にある先天性心疾患をもつ子ども（人）の自己の生活に対する認識と行動を明らかにすることを目的に実施した研究の第2報である。先天性心疾患をもつ子ども（人）を対象に半構造面接を行い、インタビュー結果を質的帰納的に分析した。成人移行第3 期では。［病気に関することは一人で対応できるようになりたい］、［自立しているとは言えないが、日常生活は問題ない］などの5 つのコアカテゴリーが形成された。成人移行第4 期では、［病気の理解は難しいが、療養行動は自分が主体となる］、［病気に伴う困難に対処する］など４つのコアカテゴリーが形成された。一人での受診は、疾患の理解の程度や本人の思いなどを総合的にアセスメントしてすすめること、自立の目標は患児（者）と医療者で相談・共有していくこと、病気をもつ自分を認め、将来に希望を持てるような関わりをすることが、自立を支援する看護として示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This is the second report of a study conducted to clarify the awareness and behavior of patients with congenital heart disease during their transition to adulthood. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with children suffering from congenital heart disease, and the results were analyzed both qualitatively and inductively. In the third stage of the transition to adulthood, five core categories were identified, including “I want to be able to deal with illness-related issues on my own” and “I wouldn’t say I’m independent, but I have no problems with daily life.” In the fourth stage of the transition to adulthood, four core categories were identified, including “Understanding the illness is difficult, but I’m taking the initiative in taking care of myself” and “I’m dealing with the difficulties associated with the illness.” It was suggested that nursing that supports independence means that when patients visit the hospital alone, they should be encouraged to comprehensively assess their level of understanding of the disease and their own feelings, that the patient and medical staff should discuss and share the goal of independence, and that they should acknowledge their illness and interact with them in a way that helps them have hope for the future. | |||||
