| 内容記述 | 「歯学生共用試験」開始に伴い、「項目反応理論（Item Response Theory、 以下、IRT）」を用いた試験方式が採用された。我々は、これまでに朝日大学におけるCBT本試験の得点（以下、CBT得点）を歯科医師国家試験（以下、国試）に合格するための目標点として設定することは歯学教育上有効な方法である可能性を報告した。しかし、本学におけるCBT本試験のIRT値と歯学部卒業試験の合否や国試の合否との関係についてはこれまで検討していなかった。 そこで、本研究では、本学学生の学習到達度を検討する目的で、2023年度6年生におけるCBT本試験でのIRT値と第117回国試の合否との関係について検討し、またIRT値と同国試の必修、A領域およびB領域の各問題における得点との関係についても解析を行った。その結果、CBT受験年度が異なってもCBT得点とIRT値との間には高い相関（r=0.98）が認められた。また、国試合格率は、2023年度の6年生においては、IRT481 未満は47.4%、「481以上531未満」では55%、本学におけるCBT目標点であった75点に相当するIRT 値「531以上591未満」では83.3%であった。国試を受験して100%の合格を示したのはIRT値591以上であった。また、国試の領域別ごとの得点とIRT値と回帰分析を行なった結果、各領域とIRT値との間に相関が認められ、A領域、必修、B領域の順に高かった。 以上，4年生終了時に受験するCBTのIRT値は歯学部卒業試験の合否，国試の合否と関連性があることが明らかとなったことから、今回提案した各IRT基準値は学習到達度の評価に役立つことが示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | With the start of the “Common Achievement Test for Dental Students”, an examination method using “Item Response Theory （IRT）” was adopted. We have previously reported that setting the scores of “Computer Based Testing （CBT）” at Asahi University as the target score for passing the National Dentist Examination （NDE） may be an effective method in dental education. However, the relationship between IRT value and pass/fail results of the dental school graduation exam and the NDE had not been examined. In this study, we examined the relationship between the IRT values in the CBT and pass/fail in the 117th NDE in the 6th grade in 2023 academic year, and also analyzed the relationship between the IRT values and scores for each question area in the compulsory, A area, and B area in the NDE. As a result, a high correlation （r = 0.98） was observed between CBT scores and IRT value, even when the CBT examination years were different. The NDE pass rate for 6th grade students in 2023 was 47.4% for those with an IRT of less than 481, 55% for those with an IRT of 481 or more but less than 531, and 83.3% for those with an IRT value of 531 or more but less than 591 which corresponds to the CBT target score of 75 points at our university. The students who took the NDE and passed 100% were those with an IRT value of 591 or more. In addition, a regression analysis was performed between of IRT value and scores in each exam area of the NDE, and a correlation was found, with the highest IRT value in the order of A area, the compulsory area, and B area. In conclusion, the IRT value of the CBT taken at the end of the 4th grade were related to the pass/fail of both the dental school graduation exam and the NDE, suggesting that the proposed IRT value are useful for evaluating the level of learning achievement. |
