| 内容記述 | 物流業界においては、2024 年より適用された時間外労働960 時間の上限規制の下、荷待ち時間の削減が喫緊の課題となっている。国土交通省は荷主企業に対し、荷待ちおよび荷役の合計時間を2 時間以内に管理するよう求めているが、実態を正確に把握している企業は依然として少数にとどまっていると推察される。本研究は、荷主企業の視点から荷待ち時間削減の実態およびその意向を明らかにすることを目的とするものである。2023年度と2024 年度の比較を通じて、企業における取り組みや意識の変化を分析し、物流効率化に資する基礎資料を提供することを目指す。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In the logistics industry, reducing truck waiting times has become a pressing issue under the 960-hour annual overtime limit introduced in 2024. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) urges consignor companies to manage loading, unloading, and waiting times within two hours, yet few are believed to fully grasp the actual situation. This study investigates the current status and intentions regarding waiting time reduction from the consignor’s perspective. By comparing data from fiscal years 2023 and 2024, it aims to clarify changes in corporate efforts and awareness, and provide basic data to support logistics efficiency. | |||||
