The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) urges consignor companies to manage loading, unloading, and waiting times within two hours, yet few are believed to fully grasp the actual situation. This study investigates the current status and intentions regarding waiting time reduction from the consignor’s perspective.
