| 内容記述 | 日本各地に数多く存在する商店街は、商品流通の一つの核として隆盛していた。しかし、時代が進むにつれ、さまざまな要因により、多くの商店街が衰退していった。それでも、その苦難を乗り越えて活力を取り戻した商店街も数多く存在する。本論文は、それら活力を取り戻した商店街の取組のドキュメントから、テキストアナリティクスによりテキストデータを抽出し、凝集型階層的クラスター分析により分析した。結果として得られたクラスターを形成する商店街の取組から成功要因を探り、商店街活性化に関する一助とすることが本論文の目的である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The many shopping streets that are existing all over Japan have prospered as one of the cores of product distribution. However, as time progressed, many shopping streets declined due to various factors. Still, there are many shopping streets that have overcome these hardships and regained their vitality. This paper uses text analytics to extract text data from documents about the efforts of these revitalized shopping streets and analyzes it using agglomerative hierarchical cluster analysis. The purpose of this paper is to explore the success factors from the efforts of shopping streetss that form clusters obtained as a result, and to provide assistance in revitalizing shopping streets. | |||||
