選」に選ばれた復興事例を対象に、商店街の成功要因を人手と生成AI を用いて抽出・比較し、共通因子の特定と生成AI の有効性を検証した。分析の結果、「連携」「価値創出」「独自性」などが主要な成功因子として浮かび上がった。また、生成AI
