| 値 | （概要）アミノフィリン投与によりプロポフォール鎮静からの回復を促進できるかを検討した．被検者にプロポフォールを投与して鎮静状態とした．プロポフォール投与後40分に生食あるいはアミノフィリンを投与したが，生食では効果が認められなかったのに対し，アミノフィリンは急激にBIS値を上昇させ，完全覚醒も可能とした． 今回の結果はアミノフィリンの投与がプロポフォール鎮静からの回復促進に有効であることを示した．（共著）Takashi Goto（担当）共著 | |||||
