| 値 | （担当）実験（概要）口腔扁平上皮癌（OSCC)細胞において、SPRR1B導入細胞と非導入細胞間でマイクロアレイ解析を行った。その結果、Lysophosphatidic (LPA)受容体のLPA1to LPA3発現がSPRR1Bにより抑制されることを見出した。また、LPA3発現は白板症に比べOSCC組織で高発現しており、HSC細胞をLPA3のリガンドであるLPAで処理すると、細胞の運動能が上昇したので、LPAはLPA3を介してOSCCの浸潤能を高めることが示唆された。（共同発表）Kameyama Y, Takayama E, Kawaki H, Mizuno-Kamiya M, Yashiro K, Kondoh N | |||||
