| 値 | Case 1: A-42-year-old male was referred to our hospital with a history of painless solitary reddish mass located in the left buccal mucosa. Case 2: A-23-year-old male was referred to our hospital with a history of painless solitary whitish mass in the right tongue edge. Histologically, both lesions revealed the polypoid mass composed of round to polygonal shaped tumor cell nests surrounded by fibro-vascular stroma. The case 1 showed marked capillary blood vessels in the tumor cell nests. The tumor cells have coarsely and faintly acidophilic cytoplasmic granules showing positive for PAS, S-100, and CD68. We diagnosed these cases as granular cell tumor. | |||||
