Society","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_80":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"免疫系は生体内に存在する異物を感知してそれを排除するシステムであり、自然免疫系と獲得免疫系から成り立っている。自然免疫系は古くから非特異的な応答であると考えられてきたが、この概念を一蹴する引き金となったのはToll様受容体(Toll-like receptor;TLR)の発見である。TLRは病原体に存在する特有の「分子パターン」と結合し、様々な異物を特異的に感知しうる受容体ファミリーである。多くの微生物の構成成分は生体内で特異的に認識された後、TLRとアダプター分子との会合に依存して細胞内シグナル伝達経路を活性化し、様々な自然免疫応答の調節が行われている。TLRは貪食細胞やリンパ球を含む免疫細胞、あるいは様々な体細胞にも発現しており、細胞性免疫と液性免疫に直接的ならびに間接的に作用することで獲得免疫系も制御している。またTLR発見以降、歯科・口腔科学領域では特に、グラム陰性菌の感染症として捉えられる歯周病の病因の輪郭がより明確になってきたのは明白な事実である。さらに近年、TLRは内在性因子を認識することで生体内の異常を感知する能力を持ち、場合によっては自己免疫疾患に加担することも徐々に分かってきた。本総説では、TLRのリガンド認識機構や細胞内シグナル伝達経路、その制御機構など、TLRの機能について最近の知見を交えながらその進捗状況を紹介し、その免疫系における生理学的あるいは病理学的な役割について考察してみたい。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_full_name_75":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"3934","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"INTO,
