歯科治療において開口は必要不可欠であり,限られた空間での作業の為の視野確保と器具及び術者の手指の挿入には長時間の開口が必要である.「最大開口」は患者にとってはストレスとなり閉口後も器質的影響だけでなく精神的影響が残る.また,「最大開口」後の発音時の下顎運動は個人差が認められ,機能面での影響も考えられる.そこでわれわれは最大開口後の発音時の下顎の開閉口速度の変化を観察し,「最大開口」が開閉口速度に影響することを認めた. |

In dental treatment mouth opening is necessary to achieve a field of vision in the limited space, and to enable insertion of the instruments and the fingers of the operators. However, maximum mouth opening causes physical stress and mental stress. Therefore, after words, functional effects occur. We observed opening and closing velocities in pronunciation after maximum mouth opening. |
