 note = {著しい上顎前歯の唇側傾斜を伴った骨格性II級、ターミナルプレーン垂直型の初診時年齢11歳8ヵ月女児に対して、コンビネーションヘッドギアと咬合斜面板にて上顎骨の成長抑制と下顎骨の成長誘導を行った。第二大臼歯が萠出完了後、上下顎にプリアジャストエッジワイズ装置を装着し上顎前歯を口蓋側移動、下顎骨を前方成長誘導させ非抜歯にて矯正歯科治療を行うこととした。その結果、良好なオーバージェット、オーバーバイト、I級の犬歯・大臼歯関係および緊密な咬頭嵌合が得られた。保定開始から1年8ヵ月を経過した後も、安定した咬合関係を保っており、患者の十分な満足が得られた。
The present report describes orthodontic treatment of an 11-year-8-month-old girl with skeletal Class II . Orthodontic treatment was performed using a combination of headgear and jumping plate for 1 year 10 months. Comprehensive orthodontic treatment involved a preadjusted edgewise appliance for 1 years 4 months. After a retention period of 1 year and 8 months, the occlusion remained stable with normal overjet and overbite.},
