 note = {新規開発した円形替刃メスの有用性を臨床研修医に豚顎に対する歯肉弁根側移動術に歯肉部分層弁作成に使用させ、その有効性を検討した。コントロールには汎用されている#15の替刃メスを用いた群とした。その結果、新規開発した円形替刃メスを使用した群では歯肉部分層弁形成の成功率が優位に高かった。新規開発した円形替刃メスは歯周形成外科における非熟練歯科医の成功率を向上させる可能性が示唆された。
This study was to the eff ectiveness of the newly developed round shape surgical knife for the creation of partial thickness flap surgery. 32 of post graduate intern dentist were used of the newly developed round shape knife for creating the partial thickness flap surgery on apicaly positioned gingival flap. The control group were used the regular disposable knife for same procesure . In .result, newly developed round shape surgical knife for the creation of partial thickness flap surgery was significantly higher success than that in used with regular blade.},
