 note = {下顎下縁平面の急傾斜と上下顎歯列の軽度叢生を伴う骨格性Ⅱ級、ターミナルプレーン遠心型の初診時年齢11歳7か月の女児に対して、習癖指導と筋機能療法を行い、ハイプルヘッドギアとトランスパラタルアーチを用いて上顎大臼歯遠心移動を行った。第二大臼歯萌出完了後、上下顎歯にプリアジャストエッジワイズ装置を装着し、 上下顎両側第一小臼歯を抜去して包括的矯正歯科治療を行うこととした。その結果、良好なオーバージェット、オーバーバイト、Ⅰ級の犬歯関係および緊密な咬頭嵌合が得られた。保定開始から2年1か月を経過した後も、安定した咬合関係を保っており、患者の十分な満足が得られた。
The present report describes orthodontic treatment of a 11 years 7 months old girl with skeletal Class Ⅱ, high mandibular plane angle. Oral habits guidance and myofuctional therapie were performed. Orthodontic treatment was performed using a high-pull headgear and transpalatal arch for 4 years 5 month. Comprehensive orthodontic treatment involved a preadjusted edgewise appliance for 3 years. After a retention period of 2 years and 1 month, the occlusion remained stable with normal overjet and overbite.},
