| 値 | (Junichi Yasuda, Takehide Hashimoto, Emi Ota, Mai Kinjo, Keika Gen) 患者は17歳女性．中等度知的障害者．多数歯う蝕治療と歯科治療恐怖症のため，全身麻酔下歯科治療を行った．プロポフォールによる完全静脈麻酔を行ったが，術中緑色尿を認めたためAOS麻酔に変更し手術を終了した．術語，内科精査したところ体質性黄疸と診断された．緑色尿は，プロポフォールの副作用の可能性が高いと診断された． |
