| 値 | （概要）フッ化物含有材料の硬化体を象牙質に接触させた直後のフッ素分布をマイクロPIGE/PIXEで測定、分析した。その後試料を脱灰溶液に１週間保存し、同様にフッ素およびカルシウムの分布を測定、分析した。その結果、フッ化物含有材料を使用すると、カルシウムの減少が少ないことが確認でき、それがフッ素の量に依存することが認められた。 | |||||
