| 値 | 中部療護センターは，自動車事故による頭部外傷による脳損傷で重度の後遺障害が残り，いわゆる「遷延性意識障害」の患者の治療と看護，支援を目的とした病院である. 歯科は併設されておらず，これまで近隣の歯科医師らが訪問診療を行なってきた. 遷延性意識障害患者の抜歯の報告は少なく，その実態は明らかでない．今回，訪問歯科診療で抜歯処置を行ったので検討した． | |||||
