| 値 | （共同発表）Watanabe R，Yano W ，Satoh K，Kogaya Y，Ejiri S． （概要）ラット上顎歯槽骨を用い、骨組織内の種々の応力の分布と強度について有限要素法を用いて解析するとともに、sclerostinの局在分布を組織化学的に解析したところ、骨細胞のsclerostin産生の抑制反応はvon Mises応力の強度に呼応しており、特に約0.75MPa以上のvon Mises応力が加わる領域ではsclerostin免疫反応がほとんど認められないことがわかった。 |
