| 値 | This study develops an education program with community participation as part of a new project that utilizes a regional partnership between the university and community volunteers through intergenerational exchange and allows volunteers to participate with residents and government officials.The subjects were nine students who applied to participate in the nursing-care prevention exercise project and were recruited from the 87 students in the university's two-year nursing program. The subjects were studied for six months (June–December 2015). In Workshop and two gatherings of elderly people who live in the community, it was content analysis of Reflection and impressions of the student.By content analysis, we were able to extract the concept of individual and collective.
