| 値 | For intraoal radiographic examinations on handicapped patiens, it is sometimes necessary for the operator to hold the x-ray detector with their finger. As such,radiation exposure to the finger should be reduced as much possible. If the operator holds the IP detector with his/her finger every day,the irradiation of the fingertip will reach an unsafe level. Results from the presents study suggest that the x-ray detector holding device was effective in minimizing radiation exposure to the operator. |
