| 値 | 介護者の筋骨格系症状は、介護者自身のQOLの低下に繋がる重要な健康課題である。そこで、女性家族介護者を対象に、「首肩背中のこりと痛み」症状に、影響を与えている生活習慣や介護状況を明らかにした。女性家族介護者の首肩背中のこりと痛みには、生活習慣と夜間介護が関連していることが示唆された。看護職は、女性家族介護者の生活習慣や介護状況を把握し、早期に介入することで、介護者の首肩背中のこりと痛みの軽減や発生予防を可能にすると示唆された。 | |||||
