| 値 | 歯周病原細菌Tannerella forsythiaから小麦胚芽レクチンアフィニティーカラムを用いて、OmpA様蛋白質を分離・精製し、糖鎖の解析を行うこととした。ELISAの結果からOmpA様蛋白質は細胞付着に関与することが示唆された。 | |||||
