| 値 | Commensal bacteria are essential to induce an appropriate development of a mature immune system. However, it is unclear how commensal bacteria contribute to immune responses against periodontal pathogens, including lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the expression of immune responses against topical application of LPS using the germ-free (GF) and conventionally reared (SPF) mice. The results indicate that commensal bacteria could contribute orchestrate periodontal immune responses against LPS. | |||||
