| 値 | このプラセボ対照無作為化第II相試験は、頭頸部癌患者における重度の化学放射線療法による口腔粘膜炎の発生率を低下させる際のレバミピドの臨床的有益性を評価した。レバミピドによる口腔洗浄が効果的かつ安全であり、4％の液体がレバミピドの最適用量であることを示唆している。 | |||||
