 note = {本症例は、初診時年齢が15歳9か月の女子で、下顎前歯部の叢生を主訴として来院した。骨格については、ANB角が小さい値を示し、軽度の骨格性Ⅲ級を呈していた。犬歯・臼歯関係は両側ともにⅢ級で、下顎中切歯は舌側傾斜を示し、下顎前歯部に中程度の叢生を認めた。上下顎歯にプリアジャストエッジワイズ装置を用いて、下顎大臼歯遠心移動により矯正歯科治療を行った。その結果、1歯対2歯の咬合関係を確立し、良好なオーバージェット、オーバーバイト、緊密な咬頭嵌合および良好な側貌が得られた。保定開始から2年9か月を経過した後も、安定した咬合関係を保っており、患者の充分な満足が得られた。
The present report describes the orthodontic treatment in a 15-year-9-month-old female having a skeletal Class III malocclusion with lingual inclination of lower incisors, moderate crowding in the lower dentition. Orthodontic treatment was implemented with a pre-adjusted edgewise appliance with distalization of the mandibular dentition. A Class I molar relationship, Class I canine relationship, acceptable overjet and overbite, tight occlusal interdigitation, and acceptable profile were established. After a retention period of 2 years and 9 months, the occlusion remained stable and the patient was fully satisfied with the treatment result.},
