 note = {歯科訪問診療や病棟等では、口腔ケアは医療従事者によって行われることが多い。しかしながら、実際では介護をしている家族や介護スタッフが口腔ケアを行っていることが多い。そこで、簡便かつ迅速に、介護者に口腔ケアの達成度を提供するために，口腔清浄度を画像ベースで評価するシステムを開発することに着想した。口腔清浄度の評価システムは、撮影された画像を補正し、舌領域画像を抽出する。そして、きれいな舌の色を示す領域を測定し、評価を行うものである。
　今回のQOL研究の結果、スマートフォンで撮影を行った画像を使用して、舌の清浄度の評価は可能であるとの結論にいった。我々はこのような評価法を応用して口腔ケアの質を向上させることが患者のQOLを向上させることにつながると考えている。
 Usually the oral care is given by dental stuffs. However, the oral care that given by patient’s families and nursing staff are increasing. To provide care giver the achievement of oral care, image-based evaluation system for oral cleanness was developed.
 The evaluation system consists of image calibration, segmentation of tongue region, and the measurement of area that represent clean tongue color.
 Results from preliminary test revealed that, tongue picture taken by smartphone is available to evaluate
the cleanness of tongue. We believe that improving the quality of oral care can contribute to improving patients’ QOL1.},
