In this logistics business practice, supplementary work such as hand waiting time appears in the form of burden of actual carriers, but it also has an indispensable aspect for shippers to maintain current logistics activities and it is not easy to review. However, in logistics fields where a fair-trade environment is strongly demanded, problems such as long hours labor will become serious.
