The area of business practices related to the transaction between shippers and freight carriers has been considered as a long-standing issue, but from the relationship it is still not possible to set out effective measures. In this logistics business practice, supplementary work such as hand waiting time appears in the form of burden of actual carriers, but it also has an indispensable aspect for shippers to maintain current logistics activities and it is not easy to review. However, in logistics fields where a fair-trade environment is strongly demanded, problems such as long hours labor will become serious. In this paper, in order to show a strategy for shippers and freight carriers to establish an equal relationship, we studied future ways of business practice in the field of logistics in Japan.},
