| 値 | 歯周病原細菌に対する血清IgG抗体と歯周疾患の程度および血清脂質レベルとの関連性を検討するため、長崎県五島市の40歳以上の住民409人を対象とした横断研究を実施した。P.gingivalisに対する血清IgGレベルは、男性における歯周疾患の程度および血清HDLコレステロール値と有意に関連していた。本研究は、歯周病原細菌に対する免疫応答の亢進が、血清HDLコレステロール値の低下と相関することを示唆している。 | |||||
