| 値 | 歯学部学生におけるMini-trachⅡを用いた輪状甲状靭帯穿刺の教育効果に関する検討を行った。対象は第５学年79名とした。臨床実習中に輪状甲状靭帯穿刺の実習を行い、２日後、３ヶ月後に教育効果の判定を行った。２日後の成功率は81%であったが、３ヶ月後の成功率は8.9％と大幅に低下していた。実習効果を継続させるためには反復したトレーニングが必要であると考えられる。また、セルジンガー法を用いた輪状甲状靭帯穿刺は歯科学生には適さないと考える。 | |||||
