| 内容記述 | 物流分野での人材不足に対応するため、生産性向上があらゆる面で試行されている。この物流分野における生産性向上に資するための方策には、IT技術を活用した取組、フェリー・RORO船の活用、共同配送、Society5.0との連動、物流人材の育成などを組み合わせた対応が欠かせない。本稿では、人材不足を解消するために、物流生産性の向上を目指した物流人材不足への項目ごとの対応策について明らかにする。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In order to cope with the labor shortage, productivity improvement has been tried in all aspects of the logistics field. Measures to contribute to the improvement of productivity include efforts utilizing IT technology, utilization of ferries and RORO vessels, joint delivery, linkage with Society 5.0, and training of logistics personnel. In this paper, we showed measures to cope with the shortage of logistics personnel aiming to improve logistics productivity. | |||||
