| 値 | In the clinical scene, thickeners are used for the patients with dysphagia to make their swallowing easier. In this study, we investigated the preference for 3 thickeners, such as xanthan gum (X), guar gum(G) and pectin (P) by using two bottle preference test in Wistar rats. Our results suggest that some of thickeners change preference of drinks by mixing them. |
