| 内容記述 | 【緒言】近年、朝日大学医科歯科医療センターの摂食嚥下リハビリテーションでは中途障害の患者が増加しており、単独で行う診療には限界が生じてきた。今後、摂食嚥下障害者へシームレスな対応をするには、地域歯科診療所と連携することが必須である。そこで、地域連携を実現させることを目的に、地域の歯科医師を対象に地域連携の現状と課題に関する意識調査を実施した。【方法】岐阜県歯科医師会に所属する941歯科診療所（病院歯科を含む）を対象とし、2018年11月27日に無記名による自記式調査を行った。【結果】170歯科診療所（回収率18.0％）から回答を得た。摂食嚥下リハビリテーションは「必要だと思う」が85.9％であったが、実施しているのは18.8％であった。摂食嚥下リハビリテーションを行わない理由は、「知識がない（61.9％）」が最も多かった。知識不足が摂食嚥下リハビリテーションへの参画の妨げとなっていた。地域連携に関して、歯科を標榜する病院へ摂食嚥下リハビリテーションの依頼を「したことがない」は92.9％で、地域連携は確立されていなかった。今後、依頼を「したいか」との問いには「わからない（47.1％）」が多く、理由は「依頼する基準が分からない（60.0％）」が最も多かった。【考察】本調査によって、歯科が摂食嚥下リハビリテーションを行うことの重要性は認識されていた。しかし、歯科診療所での知識不足や、摂食嚥下リハビリテーションに対応できる歯科医師が少ないため地域連携がとれていない状態である。【結論】歯科診療所における摂食嚥下リハビリテーションやスクリーニングを推進するために、朝日大学と岐阜県歯科医師会が共同し地域連携を充実させる必要がある。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Objective: In recent years, Asahi University Medical and Dental Center (Asahi University) increases the number of patients with premature disability, and there is a limit to the medical treatment performed alone. It is essential to cooperate with a local dental clinic in order to seamlessly for dysphagia. Therefore, in order to realize regional cooperation, we conducted an awareness survey on the current status and issues of regional cooperation with local dentists. Method: An anonymous self-recorded survey was conducted at a dental clinic belonging to the Gifu Prefecture Dental Association. Result and Discussion: There were response from 170 dental clinics (recovery rate 18.0%). About swallowing rehabilitation, 85.9% of the respondents “thinked it was necessary”. Only 18.8% of them have implemented. The most common reason for not performing swallowing rehabilitation was “no knowledge (61.9%)”. Lack of knowledge hindered participation in swallowing rehabilitation. Regarding cooperation, 92.9% of the hospitals advocating dentistry had never requested a swallowing rehabilitation, and regional cooperation was not established. In addition, there were many “I don’t know (47.1%)” when asked if I wanted to do a request. It was recognized the importance of dental rehabilitation for swallowing. However, lack of knowledge in dental clinics and dentists who can respond to swallowing rehabilitation are not well known, and coordination is not taking place. Conclusion: In order to make Asahi University’s specialty known, it is necessary for the university and the dental association to work together to enhance regional cooperation. | |||||||||
