| 内容記述 | 今回われわれは,1997年4月から2004年3月までの過去7年間に当科を受診した口腔粘膜疾患患者460例の臨床統計的検討を行った.口腔粘膜疾患に罹患した患者は男性225例,女性235例で女性のほうが多かった.年齢分布は50歳代にもっとも多く,次いで10歳未満,60歳代の順であった.疾患別に分類すると,舌炎などの炎症性疾患が105例(22.8%)と最も多く,次いで線維腫などの良性腫瘍102例(22.2%),粘液瘤などの嚢胞74例(16.1%),角化性病変59例(12.8%),奇形35例(7.6%),外傷33例(7.2%),アレルギー性疾患28例(6.1%),悪性腫瘍23例(5.0%),エプーリス20例(4.3%)の順であった.口腔粘膜疾患の種類は多岐にわたっており,疾患によって好発年齢などに特徴が認められた. | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The conditions that occur in the oral mucosa are various. We compiled and examined statistics on oral mucosal diseases with the intention of understanding the features of the diseases. Here, we report our findings. The subjects of our investigation were 460 patients with oral mucosal disease who consulted our department in the past 5 years, between April 1997 and March 2004. There were 225 male patients, and 235 female patients. Most of the patients were in their 50s, and the other at least 60 years old. The oral mucosal diseases were classified as follows: inflammation such as inflammation of the tongue accounted for the most cases, 105 cases (22.8%), followed by 102 cases (22.2%) of benign tumors such as fibroma, and 74 cases (16.1%) of cysts such as mucocele, 59 cases (12.8%) of hypercritic lesions such as a leukoplakia and Lichen planus, 35 cases (7.6%) of trauma, 33 cases (7.2%) of deformity, 28 cases (6.1%) of allergy, 23 cases (5.0%) of malignant tumors, and 20 cases (4.3%) of epulis. There are many kinds of oral mucosal diseases, and we can observe the features in patients at the ages at which the diseases occur most often. | |||||||||
