| 値 | （概要）口腔扁平上皮癌の悪性度は，SPRR1B 遺伝子の発現によって抑制される。そこで，この遺伝子発現によって抑制される遺伝子をcDNAマイクロアレイで解析したところ，リゾホスファチジン酸（LPA）receptor3 遺伝子の顕著な抑制が認められ，前癌病変の白板症でも同様であった。これらの結果は，少なくともLPA receptor3 が，癌の悪性度の進行に生理的に重要な役割を果たしている可能性が示唆された。 | |||||
